Vibhav practises Intellectual Property law and is a Managing Associate at Anand and Anand, India’s leading Intellectual Property law firm. He has been an integral part of many path breaking litigations that have shaped Indian IPR jurisprudence. A graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (NUJS), one of India’s top law schools, Vibhav has also pursued an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Boston University School of Law as an LLM Scholar.
Vibhav is a regular contributor to various publications and has written for the Managing Intellectual Property magazine and Computer and Telecommunications Law Review. He has also contributed to the India Chapter in Global Patent Litigation: How and Where to Win, (3rd Edition, 2019) published by Bloomberg Law, to the India Chapter in Intellectual Property Law Review published by the Law Reviews (8th Edition, 2019 and 9th Edition, 2020) and to the India Chapter in Patent Litigation Review (4th Edition, 2021).
