PathCraft Is An Adorable Lemmings-Like From Vertigo & DevilCow
PathCraft is an adorable new VR puzzler from DevilCow and Vertigo Games.
You may have already seen a glimpse of this Lemmings-like game on SideQuest a while back, but it was introduced during the Upload VR Showcase today with an all-new look. It’s now a much more colorful and playful-looking game. Check out the brand new trailer below.
PathCraft Reveal Trailer
In the game, you help guide a cardboard box-wearing companion through blocky levels, picking up cubes and placing them in new positions as they walk forwards. Put a single block in their way and they’ll be able to climb it, or place it higher as a means of blocking their path. They’ll walk over switches that trigger events and you’ll be able to manipulate the path with other buttons. Make a mistake and your friend will tumble off the side into the void below.
The trailer also showcases multiple outfits to customize your character with.
Vertigo Games isn’t announcing a release date or compatible headsets for Path Craft today though, given there’s already been a demo on Quest, it’s a good chance we’ll see it there at the very least. This marks one of several games Vertigo is debuting at the Upload VR Showcase today, but you’ll have to watch the show to see them all.
