MKAI is leading ‘AI in Residence’, a 12-month program in Silverstone Park, to help businesses identify vital technologies that will benefit organisations as they face future challenges.
We are delighted to announce that MKAI is leading AI in Residence program in Silverstone Park! According to a press release, MKAI will help its businesses identify vital technologies that will benefit their organizations as they face future challenges. Guiding Silverstone Park-based businesses through the critical types of emerging technologies is an outstanding opportunity that will help to investigate:
– Improved customer experience
– Enhanced engineering processes
– Advanced building management systems
– New products and services
MEPC, a leading British-based property investment, and development business, headquartered in Milton Park, Oxfordshire, which invested in this pilot project, recognized a competitive advantage that this project can give its businesses in the future by utilizing cognitive technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, augmented reality, and virtual reality.
“Back in May 2016, when we launched the Silverstone Technology Cluster (STC) high-tech cluster report by SQW at Barclays Canary Wharf, we were aware of the ‘latent potential’ in bringing the software expertise of Milton Keynes together with the advanced engineering businesses in the STC,” said Roz Bird, Commercial Director at MEPC.
I am very excited to be working with Richard Foster-Fletcher who set up MKAI and shares the vision with me of bringing these technologies and people together to explore new business opportunities when advanced engineering and cognitive technologies come together.
Roz Bird, MEPC Commercial Director
I am delighted that MKAI is supporting Silverstone Park with AI in Residence. The Park is a hive of innovation and technological breakthroughs and I believe that this programme shows true leadership from MEPC to help the resident companies to leverage artificial intelligence technologies that create competitive advantages.
Richard Foster-Fletcher, MKAI Founder and Chair
I'm enthusiastic about this partnership which will bring more innovation to the Oxford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge Supercluster and technology ecosystem. The collaboration will spark ideas and inspiration and bridge the high tech potential of the Park with the latest artificial intelligence breakthroughs by catalysing and supporting real-world projects.
