Professional interests: As the research lead at MKAI, Naeema plays a pivotal role in advancing the field of ethical and inclusive AI leadership through her extensive expertise in behavioural science. Previously, she served as the director of the Institute for the World of Work at Henley Business School, where she conducted ground-breaking research on the effects of AI and other mega-trends on individuals and workplaces. Naeema’s profound insights have positioned her as a prolific writer, captivating speaker, and trusted coach on various aspects of AI adoption, ethics, and skills. Her co-authored book, “Futureproof Your Career: How to Lead and Succeed in a Changing World,” has garnered widespread acclaim. Recognised as one of the top global influencers in AI ethics and regarded as a thought leader in inclusive leadership within the HR community, Naeema is also honoured as a Principal Practitioner by the Association of Business Psychologists.

Personal interests: Naeema is a foodie and loves cooking with fresh ingredients for her family and friends. She also has an interest in sustainability and diversity in fashion and beauty trends. She’s recently started swimming at the local pool – but finds getting out of bed early in the morning is always a big challenge.
