Dr. Naeema Pasha Takes the Helm as Director of Research at MKAI

MKAI.org is delighted to welcome Dr. Naeema Pasha to their Leadership Team as the Director of Research. Naeema’s appointment is expected to invigorate MKAI’s research agenda, with her deep knowledge of behavioural science for sustainable and inclusive leadership and her expertise in promoting equitable AI.

With a notable background, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role. She is the founder of the Institute for the World of Work at Henley Business School, where she has focused on studying the profound trends impacting individuals and workplaces, including the essential skills and mindset necessary for embracing AI.

Naeema’s insights have been shared through various esteemed publications such as Forbes, People Management Magazine, and BBC WorkLife. Additionally, she currently serves on the editorial board of HR World magazine.

Beyond her impressive publications, Naeema has co-authored the book “Futureproof Your Career: How to Lead and Succeed in a Changing World” and has been recognized as one of the top 50 worldwide influencers on AI ethics by Ifpc-online. Her remarkable contributions to the field of HR have also earned her the 11th position on the Global Top Thinkers list by HR Magazine. Furthermore, Naeema is a Leadership Coach and Principal Practitioner with the Association of Business Psychologists, highlighting her dedication to fostering professional development.

Recently, she has taken up swimming at the local pool, although the challenge of rising early in the morning continues to test her determination.
