Chris McClean Joins MKAI as Specialist Advisor for Responsible Technology

Chris McClean, highly respected Ethicist and passionate advocate for responsible technology,  joins MKAI Team as Specialist Advisor for Responsible Technology

Morality and Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (MKAI) is delighted to announce that Chris McClean is joining the MKAI Team as Specialist Advisor for Responsible Technology.

According to McClean, “MKAI has a terrific vision of how technology can be a force for good and they have a lot of potential to bring about positive change. I’m thrilled to be working with them and helping them achieve this vision however I can.” 

McClean is a Director and Global Lead for Digital Ethics at Avanade in San Francisco, USA. Avanade is a digital innovation and consulting firm with more than 60,000 employees worldwide. He is responsible for driving digital ethics fluency and internal change and advises Avanade clients on their digital ethics journey. 

Prior to Avanade, Chris spent twelve years as a research director and industry analyst at Forrester Research, focused on risk management, compliance, corporate responsibility, and ethics. He is also currently pursuing a PhD in applied ethics with the University of Leeds.
